
Bobby Bahram is Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Excelerate Health Ventures, a seed and early-stage venture capital fund focused on healthcare software and tech-enabled healthcare services. He has more than 25 years of experience building, scaling, financing, and advising technology-driven startup companies, with a particular focus on healthcare.
At Excelerate, Bobby helps source, evaluate, structure, and lead investments in companies addressing critical needs across healthcare operations, software, and services. He has served as a director for multiple healthcare companies and has played an active role in spin-offs, mergers, acquisitions, and growth-stage financings.
Earlier in his career, Bobby held executive leadership roles across several technology startups, including serving as founding CEO, CFO, and COO. His operating experience spans software, hardware, and services businesses, giving him a practical perspective on strategy, commercialization, finance, and governance.
Bobby is a frequent speaker on entrepreneurship and early-stage company development. He earned an M.B.A. with concentrations in Technology Commercialization and Finance from North Carolina State University and a B.S. with high honors in Electrical Engineering from Clemson University.
